Playgrounds

There are several playgrounds in our community:

  • McKinley Park South

  • McKinley Park North (tobogganing hill located at this park)

  • Constable Jose Manuel Agostinho Park

  • Father Leduc School Playgrounds (two playgrounds)

 

Outdoor Rink

Our outdoor rink was built in 2022. It features space to play hockey and skate in the winter. It has basketball nets for summer use. You will often see residents rollerblading or playing floor hockey on the surface during summer as well.

 

School

Southfork is home to Father Leduc Catholic School. The school has grades kindergarten to grade 8. The school is part of the STAR Catholic School. Division and has approximately 600 students. Many events held by Southfork Community Connections happen here in the school gymnasium. Learn more about the school here

 

Soccer Field

The soccer field is located next to Father Leduc School. It is a great space for everyone to utilize.

 

Community Gardens

The community gardens are a sought after space to grow vegetables and flowers during the summer months.
